  Dr Paul Cohen has been my primary care physician for over 6 years. He is excellent, has a great manner, is extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and understands the needs and challenges of aging and all facets of diseases and conditions. He responds fast and takes care of his patients in every way! Unfortunately, Little River Medical Center in Little River, SC has a HEAD NURSE that is inflexible, has power and control issues and refuses to let the patient with an appointment see Dr Cohen if when you arrive, your condition is different than what you made your appointment for. The nurse of Dr Paul Cohen at this time, Sandra, waiting outside the room I was in meeting with the head nurse...waiting for her to return, UPon my requesting to speak to a different nurse and opened the door...told me if I stepped into the hall, she was calling the police. It is UNFORTUNATE that KATE RICHARDS , THE HEAD NURSE, sets such an example of threat and power and control, when the doctors...like Dr Paul Cohen are so superb.
